The process for custom jobs is:
- Fill out the form below with your contact information and details about your project.
- We will email or call you to begin a discussion about your project.
- We sill send you pictures of the proposed wood product and hardware elements before work begins.
- Once an agreement on price is reached, we will send you a link where you can pay the 50% downpayment.
- We finish the product, shipping requirements are determined*, and we sen you pictures of the final product for approval.
- We will send you a link to pay the remaining balance for the product and then ship the item to you.
*We offer customization on each artisan piece we create – this means each piece may have slightly different shipping requirements and costs. After the customization is agreed upon, the shipping costs will be determined by weight and protection elements needed and sent to the buyer with the final visual of the piece.
